The Group Chairman of the CMC Holdings Board of Directors is Mr. Joel K. Kibe. The Group Managing Director is Mr. William (Bill) Lay and the Group Finance Director is Mrs. Mary Ngige. The Managing Director of CMC Motors Group Limited, the largest company within the group, is Mr. Solomon M. Muturi.

CMC Motors Group Limited is a leading player in the East African motor industry with exclusive distribution of Jaguar, Land Rover, Ford, Mazda, Volkswagen, Suzuki, Maruti, Nissan Diesel and MAN range of trucks (medium and heavy commercial) and buses, Iveco, Bobcat, New Holland and Case tractors and an extensive range of farming implements from ploughs through to irrigation equipment. All these franchises are run as separate divisions within the company. CMC Engineering provides a range of custom designed and built truck bodies, high speed trailers, agricultural trailers, body fabrications, water tanks, and many other items specified by customers. The Accident Repair workshop at CMC is equipped with the latest equipment in dent repair and re-spray booths.

CMC Motors Group with nine branches countrywide in Kenya and one in Kampala, Uganda, has by far the largest distribution network in East Africa for sales, parts and service.
